LEGAL ADVICE Solicitors

Do you know of any good solicitors?
  • Solicitors are obliged to give you their hourly charging rate and must give you an estimate of the cost of the work they are carrying out for you.

Should a solicitor take on your case you will be sent a client care letter setting out the hourly charging rate, the terms and conditions and an estimate of the cost of the work. With conveyancing and divorce these can be easier to determine the total cost. With work involving financial settlements this can take longer if there are unforseen circumstances. The solicitor should keep you informed of additonal costs.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR INFORMATION AND UPDATES. YOU ARE THE ONE PAYING THE BILL.
