I recently stayed in the Three Corners Empire Hotel in Hurghada. The hotel is approximately 250 yards from the private beach at its sister hotel the Three Corners Amal Village Hotel. There are 2 swimming pools, 3 restaurants and a pub within the hotel There is air-conditioning, telephone, television and minibar in the rooms. There are safe deposit boxes in reception. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel. The hotel are very attentive. You must remember to keep your distance and say no if that is what you mean otherwise you may find that some of the staff are trying to book you into their various restaurant functions.

I recently stayed in the Chelsea Pines Hotel on West 14th Street
in New York. The hotel is small but has electronic locks on the front
doors (2 doors either side of small lobby) and a 24 hour manned reception.
I had a single room on the ground floor with en suite facilities, which
consisted of a room with a double bed (queen size), television, telephone
with answering machine service, refrigerator, separate lavatory, and
shower room with handbasin. There were clean face towels, hand towels
and bath towels every day. Breakfast, which was included in the price,
was continental style and consisted of orange juice, coffee, a selection
of teas including herbal, English muffins, plain, cinnamon and fruit
bagels, various doughnuts, cake and fruit.
